Hi, I’m Dana. I teach high-functioning, neurodivergent minds how to reset their nervous system, work with their executive dysfunction and how to navigate their energy like the precious resource that it is.

I coach using neuroscience, spirituality, and psychology; translating these into concepts people can actually understand and live by. I’m not going to tell you your brain is magical, or that ADHD is a superpower. I’m going to help you understand how your brain budgets dopamine, how to determine what drives your dopamine production, and what to do when it’s depleted.

For years, I thrived in high-pressure roles: policymaking, analysis, finance — while quietly managing a nervous system that was under constant attack. It seemed like each year I was hit with another chronic illness diagnosis: chronic fatigue, type 2 diabetes, PCOS, Fibro, etc. etc. etc. I somehow managed to keep going until perimenopause came knocking and all hell broke loose.

I was unhappy with the support I was receiving in the health community, so I spoke to a therapist and after a few lengthy discussions and a battery of assessments, I was diagnosed with ADHD-C. I was shocked. But the more I learned about women and ADHD, the more sense it made. I dug deep. I took every course, read every book, browsed every blog on ADHD and realised there is a ton of info on children with ADHD (especially boys), but there was a lack of help for later-life diagnosed women. So I took the next step and became a certified Neuroscience, Positive Psychology, and Adult ADHD coach.

Today, I coach people like me. The ones who read fast, think deep, love hard, and still sometimes feel behind. And the thing that makes me different? I get it. I get that ADHD is a spectrum and everyone's nervous system and brain react differently to interventions. I've never been one for conformity. I am here to return people to their own pace and alignment.

That's why I have created this multi-prong approach to helping people with ADHD: Are you an introvert who prefers reading? Cool, head to the unqopinion.com blog or the numerous therapist-created digital downloads. Perhaps you like talking things through with like-minded folks? Awesome, join the Adult ADHD Dopamine Collective™, our private membership and Facebook group. Or maybe you need connection but aren't thrilled about sharing your issues in public? No problem, I offer private 1:1 coaching spots for a limited number of clients.

The bottom line is: I'm not here to hustle. I'm here to use my education, intuition and lived experience to notice patterns, problems, and possibilities within you and to guide you into a better place.
